PBT - polibutilen tereftalati

PBT Materials are distinguished by high resistance to elevated temperatures, high stiffness and strength, chemical resistance and internal tension. Such materials have electrical insulation abilities, excellent sliding properties, and the ability of on-line coating.

Due to the properties, they are mostly used in automotive and electrical engineering, in the production of lighting fixtures and appliances, whereas technical thermoplastics PBT can be found in medical and laboratory technology and in the manufacture of products for sports and leisure.
